Hi,

currently SASStudio runs in our SAS 9.4 environment (Linux). But we would like to prevent starting SASStudio when SAS starts.

Is there a configuration setting to do this?

Thank you and kind regards

Heiko

Hi Heiko,

your installation is single or multi tier? Do you need to stop starting just Studio or all the mid tier servers (SASServers) ?

Hi Marco,

we have a single tier env and we would like to stop the sasstudio-webapp only.

Sorry for being late.
In some environments I manage, I "excluded" some webapps deconfiguring them via Deployment Manager. That's the most clean solution and somehow "most definitive" solution, the app will not appear in your deployment registry any more.

In others, I just modded the installation, renaming the appropriate XML file in

[config]/LevX/Web/WebAppServer/SASServerX_X/conf/Catalina/localhost/

So, at restart, Tomcat won't deploy the app.

Hope it helps.
