Compute context Read timed out

Hi SAS Community,

We have jobs scheduled via SAS Studio in Viya 3.5. Now some of them have started to fail due to:

The SAS program provided for the job completed execution with at least one error.
I/O error on POST request for "/compute/contexts/0ba5f8cb-0558-49c2-abfb-80d7c23c9a5d/sessions": Read timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

 

Any ideas on what timeout value expires and how to increase it?

Please pay attention to the I/O error as mentioned in the message I/O error on POST request f...
Your job must be performing and I/O (Read / Write) and that is not happening. Are you connecting to some external database OR reading/Writing to a shared drive? If yes please look into it.
