Please, I am checking for a sas program can checking the migration from sas EG  version to an other ? the one can mesure the performance ?

The performance won't change with EG versions. The performance of a SAS program depends solely on the SAS workspace server. If that does not change, the performance won't.

EG performance (displaying results, etc) can not be measured from the SAS program, as it happens on the desktop, outside of SAS.
