Hi,

How can I change the domain name for SAS users in metadata using SAS macros\Program (Domain name in User Id field)

Eg:      abc.com\userId to def.com\userId

> Is it possible to update the metadata with new domains in programmatic way?

> It works if we update the LOGIN and LOGIN_INFO tables which are downloaded using "mduextr" macro and update the metadata with those tabels? Smiley Happy

or any sugggestions

Regards,

Vamsi

Hello @vamsikrishna,

if you are already using the User sync scripts from SAS, they should do this update for you (except SAS external accounts, beware).

Either way, SAS offers a nice tool to change them, please give a look to: sashome/SASPlatformObjectFramework/9.4/ChangeLoginDomain
