where can i buy the software?
I tried on Amazon and there was nothing.
Any where i can buy used CDs and what would be the cost of a new copy,latest version?>

You can only get SAS through SAS, AFAIK. If you're a student you can check if your university has a license.
SAS does offer an online version (SAS ON Demand) for several hundred dollars but it doesn't allow you to upload data.

i spoke with SAS Canada,10-12K dollars to own it or 300$ a year to lease it
It is basically an annual license and you in effect lease the software.
