Authentication to Stored Process Web Interface using Windows Hello

Hello
We are running SAS 9.4M6 Server on Windows Server.
Report consumers authenticate to the Stored Process web Interface and generate reports as needed. 
Authentication fails for users who have configured "Windows Hello" on their laptop. The error is incorrect username/password.
These users   reach the following screen but cannot type their username and password

Request guidance from the community.
