Accessing SAS Unversity edition virtual application

I am using Windows 10 and using VMware workstation to access SAS unversity edition. Sometimes the IP address we get when we run the virtual application, fails to access SAS studio. what is the likely reason for the issue?

Is this intermittent or on installation? 

Is the VM running?
