What's New for CI360 in March 2024

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.

 

Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. For a full list of new features in SAS Customer Intelligence 360, see What's New.

 

The March 2024 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.

 

Feature released on March 29:

 

  • SDK Flutter Cookbook: Updated SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Mobile SDK Integration with a Flutter App: Cookbook.

Feature released on March 27:

 

  • SAS Tag: SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is releasing the new version of the SAS tag (ot2.min.js). The Ot2 release is a major update that improves support for modern web technologies in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.

    The new SAS tag is more secure, easier to configure, more efficient, and enhances support for Single Page Applications (SPAs).

    Note: The previous version of the SAS tag (ot-all.min.js) is deprecated and will no longer function on September 1, 2024.

 

Feature released on March 20:

 

  • Schema 15 for the Unified Data Model: Starting with the release for March 20th, SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes updates to the Unified Data Model (UDM) for schema 15.

    Schema 15 contains enhancements to support these features:

    • Additional channel metrics are added to the DAILY_USAGE table and MONTHLY_USAGE table.
    • New columns for EMAIL_OPEN table and EMAIL_CLICK tables are added to include more information about how the email is accessed
    • New columns in the EMAIL_BOUNCE table are added to include the reason code and the raw reason text from Sparkpost
