SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes are updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. The December 2023 release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Feature released on December 20:
- Audit Records for Plan (Release Preview): Audit records that are related to Plan permissions and approvals are now available from the Marketing Administration API on the test tenant for all customers. These actions are part of the Security category.
The actions are listed in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and are separated into tabs by category. Download the following .zip file to view the spreadsheet: ci360-audit-records-actions.zip.

(SAS 360 Plan)
Features released on December 13:
- Custom Tasks Icons: More icon options are available when you create a custom task type.
(SAS 360 Engage: Direct, SAS 360 Engage: Digital) - Support for HTTP Methods in Custom Connectors: In addition to GET and POST methods for endpoint configuration, the HTTP methods PATCH, DELETE, and PUT are also supported now.
The additional methods enable you to make request calls for all the required services and also comply with the HTTP method standards for REST APIs.

(SAS 360 Discover, SAS 360 Engage, SAS 360 Plan) - Audit Records for API Users: Audit records for API users are now available in the production tenant for all customers. These records can be downloaded with the Marketing Administration API.

(SAS 360 Plan) - Email Subject Line Testing (Limited Availability): If you are creating a bulk email task, you can use A/B testing to compare the performance of two subject lines. The A/B test results can improve the success of your email campaigns by providing you with insight on how your subject lines impact conversions.

(SAS 360 Engage: Email) - Access Points UI in General Settings (Release Preview): The UI for General Settings>Access Points includes the ability to generate access tokens for an access point. In addition, the UI has been updated to improve the user experience. You might notice minor UI modifications.
