The correct answer is available in EG 6.1 Online Help. Search for "Change Server" in the help system will take you to a page titled "Performing Project Maintenance", subtitle "Changing a Server Reference".  It advises you to "click the server that you want to change under the Servers heading." If you're in a SAS business intelligence environment using EG, the "local" sever may not be installed on your machine, and the window will be blank. Not to worry. Click on "Replace in Project" and the list of available servers will appear. You can select the correct one in that pop-up.
