I'm having a hard time understanding how to take my dataset of 6000 observations and randomize them to 3 unequal groups (1000, 1000, and 4000), and then randomize each of those into 5 equal groups (so 15 groups total). There are no strata, I only need to split the observations randomly into three unequal groups, then each of those into to five equal groups. The only variable in the dataset is ID number. Hi all, I'm working on creating an ROC curve for repeated-measures data. My outcome is dichotomous (pregnant yes/no) and my single predictor is a continuous measure, total number of motile sperm (TNM) drawn between 1 and 8 times. The doctor does not give me a time variable. I've been playing around with %GLIMMROC and am able to get a curve and and an AUC; however, the doctor is asking me about a cutoff for TNM and that is where I am stumped. Side note, I also tried using PROC GLIMMIX and put the p-hats into PROC LOGISTIC and I got wildly different results - a much higher AUC than I got with %GLIMMROC, which is a little confusing to me since the macro uses GLIMMIX. I've got data on one judge who rated 100 MRIs 5 times each. The options for the rating are "M", "L", "M and L" or "Neither", and there is no natural ordering to these ratings. Is there a way to get an intra-rater reliability for these data? ... View more

I'm working on a vline plot of means (with CIs) over time. My time variable is in days which range from 0 to 194 and I don't want a CI for the many days that will squeeze on the x-axis, so I used the xaxis values= statement but it's being ignored.
