I have similar objective I need to accomplish. I need to print my dataset using proc recport so that each page has specific observations. For example I need 40 observations in each page (I don't want to hard code this number). This number may change depending upon on the dataset size which may be passed on via a macro variable. Hello All I have input data looking like this. ID VAL 1 8 1 9 1 16 2 10 2 17 2 12 3 11 3 11 4 12 4 24 DESIRED OUTPUT: ID VAL NB 1 8 1 1 9 1.125 1 16 2 2 10 1 2 17 1.7 2 12 1.2 3 11 1 3 55 5 4 12 1 4 24 2 In other words, for the first variable of ID, retain VAL and use it to divide with the VAL value until the next first ID variable. For ID of 1, retain the first VAL (8) and use it to divide subsequent VAL values and create NB. In this case, (8/8=1), (9/8=1.125), (16/8=2) etc. Thanks

Hi Xia Thanks for the response. When I used the papersize option, it actually gave two variables in one page and another 4 variables in the second page.I need all the 6 columns and 120 observations in 2 pages. Thanks

Hello All I have a dataset which contains 120 observations and 6 columns as specified below (I have only listed 6 observations). This needs to be exported into a pdf document into two pages. When I used ods pdf along with proc report, it came in 5 pages. I need it in two pages. Can you please help me? Should I keep changing font size, margin settings etc or is there any other way to achieve it. Hello All I have a dataset that I created from my insurance data. At the end, I need to create a pdf document that contains all of my data with highlighting top and bottom 10 rows (entire rows). Can someone help me how I can obtain this? Thanks Varma
