@Andy_SAS_user,   There's a check box in EG that you want to make sure that it is NOT checked for something like this.  Here's a screen shot from my set-up.  Yours may vary since we have different versions of EG, but it's going to be something along these lines.  If that box is checked, uncheck it.  If that's not the issue, then let's talk more.    Jim   ...
