I have the same problem, BUT worse  I am using EG through Citrix.  if not carful and press the page up or page down key a couple of times, it sticks.  when that happens, I have to wait until the scrolling has gotten either to the top or bottom of the table I am viewing.  this locks the whole EG session and other EG sessions I may have opened through the same Citrix portal.  it is not only annoying, but wastes a lot of time as the scrolling can literally take 10-15 minutes if I am in a dataset with millions of records.   Any thoughts about this?  I am pretty sure the problem is Citrix - a very bad bug/defect! ...
