Hi shalaka, I was check identities plugin is not work. (I can install all plugins.) At March 2023  , SAS technical support said you can use only authenticate plugin in proxy enviroment.(Cli version : 1.21.6) I give up to use sas cli in proxy enviroment and do not follow any information about this.
