Hello,    I recently bought a Samsung T5 SSD to help speed up my I/O bottleneck in processing large databases with SAS.   Unfortunately, I am not getting SSD read speed when accessing data from the drive in SAS (for example, subsetting a large dataset). In fact, I have an external HDD as well that gets 60-70 Mb/s which is identical to what I get with the SSD. The SSD is not impaired because I get the expected speeds during file transfers and speed tests external to SAS. Ram and CPU are both sitting at <25% utilization.   Is there a way to help speed this up or can SAS not read at SDD speeds or something?   Thanks!     ... View more

Hello,   I am attempting to draw a spaghetti plot that has a single line per subject but some subjects change groups during the study period (crossover) - for this subject, I want the single line to be two colors (eg red when group 1 and blue when group 2). How can I go about doing this? My current code is below not achieving the desired results. Basically for patients who switch treatment groups mid-study their line color should change when they switch. Hello,    I am attempting to use McNemar's test to assess for differences between a treatment and control group in a retrospective propensity-matched study. Each group has about 1000 patients and the propensity matching was performed using proc psmatch. My question is that when I use McNemar's test using the "agree" option in the PROC FREQ command, it shows that every single outcome measure has P<0.001. Things where chi-square shows P=1.0 are significant P<0.001. A difference of 10.79% verses 10.71% is P<0.001 with McNemar and P=1 with chi square. Is this normal?   I understand the premise behind the paired nature of McNemar's test but I just have never never seen such massive differences between paired and unpaired statistical tests and feel as though something is wrong.
