HI All, I am trying to bring up SAS 9.4 services and all of the services were starting except Object spawner due to failed to initialize cradle support. is there is any possible suggestions on this why its happening. Attempted to start manually but no luck Thanks, Ganesh

HI Team, we are trying to encrypt our amazon s3 bucket ACCESS ID & SECRET Keys. so i had followed below process but still getting no access key ID found error. Steps followed: 1. created ENCKEY ADD statment (Xname) 2. Now trying to use the same name but its not recognizing ENCKEY name and giving ACCESS KEY ID not found error. ERROR: Message from TKS3: No access key ID specified. NOTE: The DATA step has been abnormally terminated.

HI All, we are getting "Service unavailable error on SAS Studio" in Viya 3.4 Deployment. All the other services were running fine. we had verified the file system space and all are good. Please help me what could be the possible cause?

HI All, HI Team, Can you see the below screen shot. While user is trying to open a sas program from /sasdata/mmm/kn_landry_code/ folder but its prefixing some default location to it (its adding /opt/sas/viya/config/etc/workspaceserver/default). This change was happened Post restart of SAS services during weekend maintenance activity. No changes were made to any of sas config files recently.

Dear All, We have a 2 environments PROD & DEV and both are single tier environments. For our Dev environments one of our SAS Admin, used PROD license at the time of installation, Now we got renewal SID for both PROD & DEV environments. I am trying to renew the DEV environment with updated DEV renew SID file, but it was failing due to site number mismatch. So is there is option to update the existing license SID file in Metadata with DEV is number / is there any to skip site number validation while renewing the DEV SID file? its an LINUX environment. Any help on this would really appreciate!
