Hi Sandeep, When the exported esig file is initially created as a zip file, it must be saved within SDD. However after it's created, you can click on the zip file within SDD, and you will be prompted to open it or download. If you choose to download it, the zip file will be saved to your local machine. So it's not necessary to access SDD through a webfolder or the SDD Desktop connection in order to save it locally. However, the options that appear to you when you click on the zip file within SDD, may depend on your individual browser or client settings. Let me know if you need more details. Thanks, Nancy
