I used proc import. I renamed the sheet to test before I uploaded and now I get all 4560 records. However, the one I was originally using had a sheet name with >21 characters and that one still stops importing at 4500 records. Looks like the length of the sheetname is the problem.

My xlsx file has 4650 records and 7 columns. Proc import only reads in 4500 records. When I run the file through stat transfer and create a new file the new file will import correctly. SAS version 9.3.

I often merge data and use the in= processing to create new variables (example below). It looks like this could be done with the case statement in SQL, but I can't get it to work. data test; merge one (in=inone) two (in=intwo); by ID; if inone and not intwo then Notfound=1; else Notfound=0; run;

Yes, you are correct, I am using the ODS GRAPHICS which makes great boxplots and I don't have to edit the labels and they look great. When I output to rtf without ODS GRAPHICS the graph is too small and the labels wrap and it is pretty ugly (although as you noted it does not have the "Distribution of X by Y"). I guess there is not an easy way around this using Proc Boxplot....

Hi all, I am using Proc Boxplot and and ods to create an rtf file. Within the framed boxplot there is a header "Distribution of X by Y" that I would like to remove, but I cannot find the correct option/setting. (The title I have created displays fine, above the framed box).
