Proc surveyreg.

Hi, I am trying to examine interaction effect using proc surveyreg.
I have coded -1 and 1 by different characteristics of groups and want to examine 2-way anova (fixed) using proc surveyreg. Is there any better way to examine interaction effect when dealing with population-based surveillance?
