I am trying to analyze a set of animal behavior data in which each animal (steer) was subjected to both of our treatments at the same time (human observation; ear tag observation). The steers were monitored for the same four hours across the same seven days. Ultimately we are trying to determine if there was a difference between methods used to monitor behavior across time for four different types of behavior.
I was thinking a repeated measure would be appropriate. However, I am not sure if this is correct since each subject (steer) was exposed to both treatments at the same time?
Any suggestions on how to analyze this would be greatly appreciated.
