In PROC SURVEYLOGISTIC in SAS 15.1, the score test for the proportional odds assumption is no longer shown in the output when using a cumulative logit link. Why is this and is there a citation for why it was removed?

The test that existed earlier did not incorporate survey design information as would be expected. The theory for doing this test using the design information needs to be worked out. Because of this, the test was removed from the SURVEYLOGISTIC Procedure to avoid confusion and because the same test as was offered is available in PROC LOGISTIC.
