I have the split-plot design, factor A-Fertility (whole plot) has three levels and factor B- Plastic (sub-plot) has two levels. Total 3 blocks and 18 sub-plots.  I have taken the data (plant yield) at two different times. I wanted to know how to put the cards/data in the correct way while analyzing it.

the data i have right now is in the following form. is this correct or not?

input block fertility plastic time yield;

Second, what would be the proc mixed code for this?

thanks in advance

That data set format looks OK, if you have 36 observations. If you posted an example data set, then we would be able to say with more certainty.

If you post the code that you've tried, then someone in the Community would probably provide feedback.

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
