Calcite | Level 5

Hi,

I have a continuous and a categorical independent variable and I am trying to visualize the effect by different levels of categorical variable. I fit the model using PROC LOGISTIC and within PROC PLM use EFFECTPLOT to produce the graph. Since the range of probability produced is not large, the resulting visualization is not very clear. Is there a way to change the scale to logit or reduce the y-axis range or any other method to produce the desired effect.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks,

What is ANOVA?

ANOVA, or Analysis Of Variance, is used to compare the averages or means of two or more populations to better understand how they differ. Watch this tutorial for more.
