I was surprised to see that there is no option to perform a non-inferiority power analysis when using TWOSAMPLESURVIVAL in PROC POWER. It is a design layout that is becoming increasingly common in oncology outcomes research, and I think it would be a useful tool for several folks in the medical community. As it stands, I am going to need to go to the expense of purchasing separate software that has integrated this method (like PASS from NCSS).
