The OUTFILE= option of PROC EXPORT (and DATAFILE= of PROC IMPORT) allows only physical filenames at the moment.
Allowing the use of a file reference (and in particular, the use of filename(member) syntax) would make it easier to export to (or import from) a zip archive with multiple files in it.
