Add Autosave feature in SAS Visual Analytics

Please add an autosave feature in SAS Visual Analytics while you are in Report Designer.  If your session times-out while you are creating the report, you lose all of your work that hasn't been saved.

Thank you for this suggestion. The good news is that autosave is already under development and will be included in the next release, VA 8.2.

VA 8.2 will be based on Viya. There currently isn't a VA 7.5 planned.

There is no auto-save feature in 7.x. However, auto-save was implemented beginning with 8.2. Reports are saved every five seconds. SAS Visual Analytics saves one draft of each report per user. It also saves a draft of a new report that has never been saved. Only the most recent version is saved.
