Exporting published endpoints

We created a new server and would like to export published versions of our endpoints to the new server. 

For example we release around once a month so 3 months ago we were on version 22, last month was version 23 and now we are on version 24. 

I am able to publish version 24 but 22 and 23 only live as endpoints and the decision itself has been updated. 

Is there a way to take version 22 from one server and publish it to another?
