SAS Viya (Pay-As-You-Go) on Azure deployment timeout failure

Deployment of SAS Viya App from Azure Marketplace fails after running for 2+ hours with the following error message:

The resource provision operation did not complete within the allowed timeout period.

All quotas were adjusted as specified by SAS and pre-requisites met:

  • Total Regional vCPUs: 64
  • Standard DSv4: 44
  • Standard EDSv4: 20

Appreciate any help to get this resolved!
