SAS Viya Workbench is a cloud based, scalable, standalone environment, purpose built for multilanguage code based analytical modeling. Developers and data scientists can quickly scale up or down with minimal IT support {(initial configurations) based on compute needs, as well as terminate sessions, to control costs. Developers can code in SAS, Python or R using Visual Studio (VS) Code, Jupyter Lab/Notebook, or SAS Enterprise Guide (EG). Viya Workbench enables significant improvements in efficiency and run time, allowing users to test, iterate, experiment and perfect AI and Machine Learning models.
