Hi,

Thanks for the information shared.

I'm trying to deploy it in our tenant, I've done the configuration as per demo video and I've received the initial email, however I'm not receiving the 2nd email with the "Linking Code" (almost 1h have passed).

Looking at the landing page, the codes are also not provided and in the top it's still states "PendingFulfillmentStart".

I'm installing this in "West Europe" and both the resource group and the SaaS subscription are in that zone.

Should I wait longer or 1h means there is something wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Jorge

Hi Jorge,

There was an issue, which our team believes is now resolved. Take a look again, and let me know if you continue to experience issues.

Best,

Nicholas

Hi Nicholas,

thanks for the feedback.

I confirm I've received the email and was able to continue with the deployment.

However, during the installation I can see an issue that is related to a missing resource provider in my subscription (I've checked the requirements, but for some reason I've missed this one: "Microsoft.OperationsManagement"

I've already added it to my subscription, but I'm not sure if the installation will be able to finalize. I've started the process 1h ago and I didn't receive an email with the next steps.

What can I do in such case? Is there a way to restart the deployment? Or should I just wait?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

Jorge

Hi Nicholas,

After some time without any progress, I've decided to cancel the subscription and delete the managed app (the 2 additional resource groups created by the deployment were deleted automatically).

I've then tried to restart the process, by purchasing again the subscription, and I receive the email containing the "Linking Code".

Then, I follow the process described in the video, and the first resource group get's created with the "apiCall" (which seemed to have executed correctly, by looking at the "Provisioning state").

However, after that, I don't see any progress on the deployment after more than 1h, no resources created, nothing.

Would you be able to take a look at it? I can send you more information if needed.

Also, if you need me to do any steps, just let me know.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Jorge

Hi Jorge,

I reviewed your deployment, and identified the issue. It looks like the contents of your IP allow list were plain IPv4 addresses, rather than IPv4 addresses using CIDR notation. I repaired the allow list by adding /32 to each entry, and the deployment completed successfully. Let me know if you have any further issues.

Best,
Nicholas
