how to apply logo/banner for all users in sas viya va

Hi,

I would like to apply logo/banner of company back group of visual analytics when any user opens my company name and logo should display, which setting need to modified as an admin.?

I can't see the theme designers in my left side menu of va. Is there anywhere in evni.manager we should make select then it appears ?
or is it separate application should have license ? please clarify ..

By default, access to theme designer is granted to the Application Administrators custom group. The easiest way to grant you access to theme designer is to add you to that group.
