To be able to schedule a job in SAS VA the user account being used to log into SAS Management Console and schedule a job must have a Job Role of at least Job Execution: Job Scheduler.

It might be easier to set Job Role to Job Execution: Job Administrator so you have complete scheduling capabilities.
