Hello,

We had SAS Visual Analytics and GitLab integration set up, and everything was working quite well until one day we experienced a crash. Our IT department decided to roll back to an older version (a couple of days old), because the error seemed troublesome and they couldn’t resolve it quickly.

Now, everything works fine for other users except for me. The problem is that I cannot see any code in SAS Studio—only empty folders:

The connection with GitLab works fine, because I’ve tried creating everything from scratch. After cloning the directory, I can see all the folders, and when I go to the Git repositories section in SAS, I can also see the history:

Our IT department believes this issue is related to SAS Visual, which is probably true, but so far no one has been able to solve it. The only thing that comes to my mind is that on the day SAS crashed, I had to change my password. Could it be that some permission or setting was reset with my old password? Of course, it might be unrelated—I’m just speculating. Has anyone else faced a similar problem or have any ideas about what it could be?
