GeoMaps for EU

Hi All

I am looking for geo postcode file for entire EU to use in my dashboard. SAS Viya suite didnt come up with EU or GB postcodes and only had US which is very surprising. 

I have managed to download GBpostcodes and now i need to expand that to all of the EU countries.

Has anybody used this and where do we get the EU postcodes? I need full post codes not the first part for any of the countries.

Any help or pointers would be of great help.
