Data label location in Stack bar chart

Hi Experts, 

Is there any possibility to put the data label inside the stacked bar.

Currenlty when you click on show data label, it displays total data at top of the Bar, but we need indivudial value to be displayed inside each stack of the bar chart.

This feature is available in excel 2010

You can hover over the objects to see the labels and values.  I think the idea is that a visualization should allow the user to compare with their eyes and let patterns emerge that way. 

You could also suggest the feature in the SAS Ballot.

User do not want ot hover over and see the value.

They want to replicate the feature present in excel.
