Addition and changing user defined format

Hello, I am trying to add qty column according to Dist. Channel(10 & 11) . The format for Dist. Channel is $, as a result, I am not able to add the qty separately according to ID wise i.e. Dist. Channel.

The result I am looking for is sum of dist. channel 10 & 11 should give me a total of Qty .
