hello

I would like to know that would be able use proc export in sas free edition.

if not ,what other procedures i will not be able to use

Yes, you can use PROC EXPORT in SAS University Edition. 

The 'free' edition is limited to non-commercial usage, so you can use it for learning. The majority of Base SAS functionality is available.

 

Some limitations are:

 

1. No SAS/GRAPH - just use SG procedures or GTL instead, so not a huge loss. 

2. SAS/ETS - many of the time series procedures are not included. 

3. No connection to databases - you can get around this one if you really want to, but that's your choice and work. 

4. Inability to connect to secure HTTPS 

5. No connection to R 

6. You can use system commands - no X or SYSEXEC
