Hi,

I was using SAS OnDemand for Academics without issue yesterday. Today it has been slower and now I cannot connect to the software at all (I have tried from internet explorer and Chrome). When I use firefox I got

"internal server error".

Any suggestions for a fix would be appreciated.

I am very nervous about this issue as I am currently in the progress of doing take-home exams that really require this software.

Thanks in advance!

SAS On Demand like any cloud-based application depends on server availability and network bandwidth. Some times the server may be getting maintenance  and be down. Or doing too much work. Or your network connection is insufficient at the time. Lots of things may be specific causes. Typically the application is back up after a few hours.
