How to explicitly set a port for SAS Studio 3.8 in Windows 10 ?

There is already a question regarding this topic (https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-Communities-Library/How-to-explicitly-set-a-port-for-SAS-Studio-4...) but it appears to be geared towards the VM/Unix version.

I am looking to set the default port for SAS Studio Single User running on Windows 10, so every time I open SAS Studio, it uses the same port on localhost.
