Creating a job request with editable arguments in Environment Manager

I'm using SAS Viya 3.5

I want create a job request in Environment Manager/Jobs with editable arguments like a copy of Sample job of CAS Table State Management

The goal is to create one job and schedule it with various arguments.

If I create and shedule job from SAS Studio, in Environment Manager arguments are read-only.

How I can create editable arguments?
