Hello,

I'm administering SAS CSB 5.2 and we are having problems with the size of the scratch data while loading the Foundation Mart. I found out that You can set the Parameter FM_DEBUG to 'N' for the data to be deleted. (Currently it is set to 'Y')

My question, which the Administration Guide does not answer, is: When is the data deleted? After the whole loading is done or when a specific table will not be used again? E.g: Level1 tables are deleted after wave 2 is done, or at the end.

Does anyone have experience on this which thei can share?

Tables are deleted once they are not required anymore. 

E.g. Table T1 is created at level 1 and it is used till level 7, it will get deleted at the end of Level 7.
