I have pasted SAS EG code in sas DI all written code. That code contains proc sql pass through query that's 2500 long. Which is running in SAS EG well. And some code exceeding code line horizontally. I divided that code in sub line but problem is when code got executed some records are truncated means not appended.

Which version of Data Integration studio? Can you share the log file or at least the important parts of it?

Is your problem with the lines of code being too long?

Lines of code should never be longer than about 70-80 bytes. Otherwise they are difficult for humans to read.

What do you mean by truncated "records"?  What are the means supposed to be appended to? The means of what?

That comment makes it sound like it is not the length of the code that is the issue, but instead either the length of one (or more) of the variables in dataset you are using to store the results of whatever the code does.
