proc sql inobs=5 ;
create table s1 as
select * from sashelp.class ;
quit;

proc sql outobs=5 ;
create table s2 as
select * from sashelp.class ;
quit;

 

if we run above programs they give same results 

 

so what is the difference between inobs and oubobs?
