Note that SAS Information Map Studio cannot be used to edit information maps that were

built or modified using any of the following PROC INFOMAPS statements and

options.

  • The EXPORT LOCALIZABLE_PROPERTIES and IMPORT LOCALIZED_PROPERTIES
    statements, which support localizing information map properties for multiple
    locales.
  • The RESULTS_FILTERS filter assignment value used with the SET
    ASSIGNED_FILTERS statement. RESULTS_FILTERS is used to specify one or more
    filters that are applied after query results are generated.
  • The JOIN_MODEL= option on the NEW INFOMAP and UPDATE INFOMAP statements.
    This option enables you to control whether a basic or advanced model is used for
    the join strategy during query generation.

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed reply.

Yes, I was trying to use JOIN_MODEL= option to build an information map from snowflake schema.  So I used update infomap statements.

I got the same error which is mentioned in the attached document.
