Hi, 

I would like to get the yhat as an extra column to my original data. 

What are the options that I have to use in proc reg?

Look at the OUTPUT statement.

proc reg data=a;
   model y z=x1 x2;
   output out=b
      p=yhat zhat
      r=yresid zresid;
run;
