I'm not famililar with the Coursera course but I'm not surprised to see it's out of date. The materials are changing fast. If you're not particularly set on Coursera, I would recommend taking the one on the SAS website itself.

Choose the getting started with SAS Programming and then I would select Statistics 1 after you finish the first course.
