Hello

What wrong with following code that I get duplicate columns of PCTSUM.

The task is to calculate  for each  product x Region ,SUM(sales) and PCT of Sum(Sales).

proc report data=sashelp.shoes nowd;
  where region in ('Africa', 'Asia','Canada');
  column Product Region, (sales sales=salespct) region=region2, sales=salesPct2 ;

  define product/group;

  define region/across;

  define sales/'SUM sales in USD';

  define salespct/ pctsum 'pctsum%' format=percent9.2;
  define region2 / across;
  define salespct2 / pctsum 'pctsum %' format=percent9.2;

  rbreak after/summarize;
run;

It seems you are getting a column to appear twice because you asked PROC REPORT to show that column twice.
