Just to add, @SASKiwi - I ran the same code from SASMC too and it error ed out.

These are your log errors:

ERROR: File PCORDATA.vwLAB_RESULT_CM_v31.DATA does not exist.
ERROR: File PCORDATA.vwLAB_RESULT_CM_v4.DATA does not exist.

If you fix these your job might work. Also it appears you don't include your source code in your log. If you do that normally then I would advise against it. Including the source code in your logs (SAS option SOURCE) is best practice in my view.
