Formating the data

I have excel data in the given format. What code do I write to make it a singe table with Agent id as one of the fields. Attached file to show desired format

Agent 1
Name	Total  Calls	Total Hrs	AWT
Agent 2
Name	Total  Calls	Total Hrs	AWT
Agent 3
Name	Total  Calls	Total Hrs	AWT

Look at the RANGE option in PROC IMPORT. 

Are the ranges a consistent size, ie always 3 rows?
